Register interest

Be told when this opens.

Swiss First Financial AG is not a bank and holds no financial-services authorisation.

The platform is being designed for qualified individuals, family offices and regulated institutions. If that is you, leave your details and we will tell you when there is something to see. We will also ask, optionally, what scale of relationship you would be considering — it helps us build the right thing first.

You are
Which seat you would expect to be served from, if the platform is built.
Non-binding, and optional. It commits neither of us to anything.

Registration is non-binding. Registering your interest is non-binding and free of charge. It creates no deposit, account, client, custodial or contractual relationship, and confers no allocation, priority, entitlement or right of any kind. Any amount you indicate is an expression of interest only and commits neither you nor us. You can ask us to delete your registration at any time.

The case for building this

Restoring the difference between a claim and a title.

Modern commercial banking treats deposited assets as balance-sheet inventory. The depositor holds a claim against an institution rather than title to a thing. That is a choice the sector made, and it is the choice this platform is designed to reverse.

  • Segregated title

Client property held 1:1 and not lent, structured to sit outside the company's own estate under Swiss bailment law.

  • Frequent, verifiable position

The intended reporting model is continuous and independently checkable, rather than a periodic self-report. The mechanism is a design question that is still open.

  • Physical holdings, physically held

Allocated metal in Swiss deep storage, identified bar by bar, with a redemption path that ends in possession.

  • Direct settlement

Intended clearing across CHF, CAD, USD and EUR without correspondent intermediation. Direct access is licence-gated and is not held today.

The principle underneath

Assets remain the client's property, in title and not merely in claim, and are not exposed to the institution's credit.

Why these two places

Luzern and Edmonton.

Two jurisdictions with no shared failure mode, chosen for what each is rather than for how they sound together.

Luzern — the custody seat

Switzerland's bailment and property law is the most developed framework for holding client assets outside an institution's own estate, and it has a century of jurisprudence behind it. Central Switzerland offers deep-rock storage geology that coastal financial centres do not, and a canton outside the commercial banking concentration of Zurich and Geneva.

Edmonton — the resource corridor

Alberta sits at the rail and transport terminus of the western Canadian and northern resource basins — energy, uranium, lithium, heavy minerals. It is a common-law trust jurisdiction, far from coastal exposure, and it is where physical collateral of that kind is actually handled rather than merely financed.

Deliberate separation

The two seats share no regulator, no power grid, no legal system and no telecommunications path. The point of a second jurisdiction is that it fails independently of the first; siting both in the same hemisphere's financial core would defeat it.
